12-Month/12,000-Mile Warranty

We offer a very competitive Warranty for our labor for 12 Months / 12,000 miles. Parts 24 Months / 12,000 miles

If you have a problem:

  • Call and let us know the symptoms your car is experiencing.
  • If possible, bring your vehicle by while the problem is occurring.
  • You don’t need to bring your work order with you, we have it on file.

We will:

  • Inspect your vehicle and road test it with you if needed.
  • Deliver you back to home or work.
  • Analyze the cause of the problem.
  • Call you to keep you informed.
  • Repair the problem and get you back on the road again!

Warranty Terms and Conditions

Chicago Motors will warranty all repairs for 24 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first, (commencing on the date of the customer’s original invoice) against defective parts and 12 months or 12,000 miles on workmanship, provided the vehicle has been properly driven and maintained according to the manufacturer’s recommended schedule. This warranty excludes used parts, or parts not purchased from Chicago Motors. Chicago Motors will warranty only the defective parts or labor and is not liable for incidental damages beyond the defective parts or labor.

Warranty is non-transferable.

Please note: Due to manufacturer’s warranties, some parts may have a warranty that extends beyond 24 months or 12,000 miles.
